Thanks Mark,
For airbornes 1st 912 built she is still in immaculate condition as i dont spare any expense on it, I trust it with my life so maintaining it is my number 1 priority.
Cheers

Hi Alf when first I saw the shape I said it has to be a Bolly. Are these the same guys that make the props for model areoplanes , I have been aeromodelling for many years that is why the shape looked familiar. I am glad to hear that you have so much…
Married with 4 kids, live in East Gippsland in Victoria Australia, Own and fly Airbornes first ever XT912 built, it has now over 700 hrs and is as good as the day it was built and just updated the wing to a SST strutted wing
Have been flying trikes for 5 years and have over 600 hrs now, not bad considering I work away 2 weeks every month. Don't do much other than work, spend time with the wife and kids and fly when the weather is suitable
What do you fly or What do you dream of flying (anti spammers question)
Hi Alf
Thanks for the welcome. This looks like a great site.
I'm in the Hunter Valley area (NSW). I did meet you briefly at the Porpunkah BBQ in April 2007 (Wangaratta Trike Gathering).
Cheers, Col
Great to hear from others all over the world who enjoy this sport. Keeps the heart healthy I believe. You have such a vast counrty to fly, must be great. I fly a Windlass 503 which was built in 1992. I believe stick with the tried and tested. All these new inventions are good but time will tell. Have just put on a brand new Rotax 503 as my old one had done 960hrs and our regulations required major changes. Have just run it in and done 6 hours. We have a fly-in to Addo (Near the Addo Elephant park if you maybe know it) this weekend with about 8-9 trikes.
Glad to hear there are other Ladies out there flying trikes. Can get physical sometimes. I am one of two in this area. We keep the men on their toes....
All the best. Thanks for the comments and fly safe.
Cheers Erika
